TERMLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Overview

At Promising Artists we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. To ensure smooth administration and planning, we require all cancellations to be made with sufficient notice.

Cancellation Notice Period

• Cancellation of enrolment must be given one full 10-week term’s notice in writing.

• This means you must inform us of your intention to cancel at least one full term before your child’s final term at the school.

Payment Schedule

• Fees are charged per term at £230 for Regular Classes and £365 per term for Advanced Art Classes per 10-week term.

• There are 3 terms per academic year with payments due at the start of each term:

  • September payment is for the Autumn Term (September–October)

  • January payment is for the Spring Term (January–March)

  • May payment is for the Summer Term (June–July)

 

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cancellation Notice Period

• Cancellation of enrolment must be given one full 10-week term’s notice in writing.

• This means you must inform us of your intention to cancel at least one full term before your child’s final term at the school.

Payment Schedule

• Fees are charged at £62.50 per month for Regular Classes and £100 per month for Advanced Art Classes.

• There are 3 terms per academic year with payments due monthly until cancelled.

Important Notes

• If cancellation notice is not received one full term in advance, you will be liable to pay the fees for the following term in full.

• No refunds or fee reductions will be made for partial attendance within a term once the term has started, including absence due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances; however, you may arrange for your child to make up the time by attending alternative classes by prior arrangement.

• We recommend notifying us as early as possible to avoid unnecessary charges and to help with planning.

How to Cancel

• Please submit your cancellation notice in writing via email to admin@promisingartists.co.uk.

• You will receive confirmation of your cancellation and the final term of attendance.

• There are 6 terms per academic year with payments due monthly until cancelled.

• If cancellation notice is not received one full term in advance, you will be liable to pay the fees for the following term in full.

• No refunds or fee reductions will be made for partial attendance within a term once the term has started, including absence due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances; however, you may arrange to make up the time by attending alternative classes by prior arrangement.
