Cancellation Policy
Tuition Booking and Attendance Policy - Advance Booking: All lessons must be booked in advance and scheduled at mutually agreed times. - Lesson Validity: * Blocks of 5 lessons must be attended within 2 months from the date of the first payment. * Blocks of 10 lessons must be attended within 4 months from the date of the first payment. * Single lessons can be booked ad hoc, subject to tutor availability. - Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without incurring a charge. * Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rearranged by agreement. * Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur the full lesson fee and the session will not be rebooked. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked lesson without notice will result in that lesson being forfeited. - Expiry of Unused Lessons: Any sessions remaining unused after the validity period for the block will expire and are non-refundable. - Tutor Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the tutor is unable to deliver a lesson (due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time. - Refunds: Once lessons commence, no refunds are granted for unused sessions except at the tutor’s discretion for illness or unforeseen circumstances with supporting evidence.
